    Complete setup with all necessary accessories for immediate use in the field. Rental includes professional-grade tents, mattresses, recovery gear, and kitchen equipment.

  • Do you offer delivery to tour operators?

    Yes, we deliver equipment directly to registered tour operators and 4x4 agencies across Ethiopia, including Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar, and regional locations.

  • What is your rental duration policy?

    Flexible rental periods from single day to monthly packages available for all equipment. Custom durations available for special expedition needs.

  • Can I purchase retail gear instead of renting?

    Yes, all retail gear items are available for direct purchase in Addis Ababa. We offer both rental and retail options for most of our equipment catalog.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash on delivery within Addis Ababa, bank transfer (Commercial Bank of Ethiopia), and credit card payments through Stripe.

  • How long does delivery take?

    Delivery within Addis Ababa takes 1-2 business days. Regional delivery to tour operators takes 3-5 business days depending on location.

  • What is your return/refund policy?

    Returned items must be in original condition. Refunds processed within 7 business days for retail purchases. Rental equipment subject to damage fees if applicable.

  • Do you provide equipment training?

    Yes, we offer basic training sessions for complex equipment like vehicular recovery kits and camp kitchen infrastructure. Training available at our Addis Ababa location.
